We were extremely specific about having a traditional caterer for the Upanayanam of my nephew; Arjun and his team at Saffron & Salsa took us by surprise when they came up with an authentic Iyer menu and delivered flawless and hygienic service for the auspicious occasion. Every dish on the menu was delicious and had sterling touch to it.
I was looking for caterers who had experience in typical south Indian and Jain food. As a client I was really specific on certain dishes to ace up the inter- culture traditions. Arjun did give us food tasting option in prior to the event thus, showcasing their professionalism. Every detailing was so well planned and presented for all the 3 course ie., breakfast, lunch and dinner at the wedding. We were looking in to host our li’l one’s birthday with specificity in vegan menu. Arjun gave us plethora of options in terms of appetizers, main course, desserts, etc., which was in line with the pricing. I absolutely love the way in which it was presented and served. I was looking for a venue and cateringservices for my daughter’s birthday and the foremost thing which I loved truly was the greener Venue at the prime location in the city of Bengaluru followed by the food. I would say, the dishes were served with atmostcare and precision, making it a visual treat to cherish. The taste of each and every dish they had planned for the party were so apt and absorbingly good. I would truly acclaim and would for sure come for back for their lip-smacking vegetarian cuisine. They do have in-budget options for both venue and food
Hi, I had approached Saffron and Salsa for my son’s 6th year birthday at TFS. The way they greet you from the time you are at the place till the event is completed is itself so commendable. They do give lots of options pertaining to dinning and accommodation (if needed). It’s a complete one stop package for food and venue. Speaking on the food, I just love the options they have in terms of appetizers. Upon this, I personally loved their starters and unique tasty dishes.
It’s always a challenge to plan a menu and execute a good catering service, especially when the marriage is between two different communities from different parts of the country. Saffron & Salsa just as the name goes did a fantabulos job of bringing together Konaki cuisine & North Indian cuisine on our buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From Majjige Huli to Malpoa rabdi; from Bisibelebath to Dal Makhni everything was crafted to perfection and had its authentic taste. The plates were coral, chaffing dishes & presentation was top notch and the service was loving and personal. Thanks team Saffron & Salsa

We were looking for caterers who would address an amalgamation of Indian and West menu for ‘High Tea’ and deliver it to the Airport with utmost care and precision as it had to be served to the foreign delegates. The professionalism and the sophisticated touch they bought inn was so apt to the event. Many thanks to Arjun and Kudos to your entire Saffron and Salsa team.
